Who can view your cameras? Does a former installer still have access? We review account ownership, permissions and remote access, with strong authentication where supported.

We agree who maintains devices, reviews access and handles updates. Remote support permissions are considered with you; your camera feeds and personal content are not treated as general monitoring data.

Our team is based in Eastbourne and we design and install smart home technology across the South of England, including Sussex. Send us your town or postcode and a little about your project so we can discuss a visit and the work involved.
Already have some of the equipment?+
We’ll look at what you have before recommending replacements. What can be retained or connected together depends on the equipment, its condition and compatibility.
Not renovating? That’s fine.+
There are options for existing homes too. Access for cabling, the construction of the building and the systems you want will shape the plan. We’ll explain the work involved before you commit.
What about apps and subscriptions?+
We’ll make these clear in the proposal, along with recording storage, remote access and any ongoing support. A single app may be possible for parts of your setup, but we won’t promise that everything connects until we’ve checked.
How do we get a price?+
Tell us about the property and what you’d like to improve. From there, we can work out whether a survey is needed and put together the proposed equipment, installation and any ongoing costs.
